Applicant must:

Be a new applicant within the last year, meaning has not applied or worked with ISS for at least one year;
Apply within 30 days of this form being submitted.
Meet all hiring requirements and be offered, accept and start a position with ISS;
Indicate the referrer's name as the referral source during the interview; and,
Work at least 80 hours before payout is processed.
