Gina Meister

Gina joined the Innovative Staff Solutions team in March 2023 as the new HR Manager. She brings with her a background in teaching, training and development, and recruiting. Her skills have been developed through her education at the University of Illinois, where she earned a Bachelors in Psychology and a Masters in Human Resources. Gina has built a solid foundation in customer service and management through her experience as an educator, an HR Manager, and the owner and operator of a successful photography business. She strives to continue to grow and learn and thus, chose ISS as her home. She delights in supporting individual growth and learning and is a magnet for people. In her spare time, Gina enjoys spending time with her husband, kids, and granddaughter.
