Seeking “PEOPLE” people! Innovative Staff Solutions is growing, and we are seeking a skilled individual to fill the position of 2nd Shift Staffing Specialist on our internal team. This full-time position is based in our Sullivan, IL office. As a Staffing Specialist for ISS, you will be an essential part of pairing qualified candidates together with our valued customers!
Ideal candidates will have impeccable customer service and communication skills, a positive attitude, and enjoy a progressive, people-centric environment.
Responsibilities:
- Interview by phone screen and process candidates for available job opportunities.
- Interview, recruit, and process qualified candidates.
- Communicate with client and employees via phone, email and in person.
- Enter documentation into our HRIS system.
- Process new hire paperwork for all flex employees placed on assignment.
- Process Workman’s Compensation paperwork and preform investigations.
Requirements:
- 2+ years customer service experience preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Detail oriented, organized and able work efficiently despite interruptions.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Able to walk the manufacturing area daily including climbing stairs.
- Able to work independently or in a team setting.
- Must be highly dependable and able to work Monday-Thursday, 2:00pm – 11:00pm and Friday 1pm-10pm with overtime as needed.
