Seeking “PEOPLE” people! Innovative Staff Solutions is growing, and we are seeking a skilled individual to fill the position of Call Center Manager on our internal team. This full-time position is based in our Mattoon office. As a Call Center Manager for ISS, you will be an essential part of pairing qualified candidates together with our valued customers!

Ideal candidates will have impeccable customer service and communication skills, a positive attitude, and enjoy a progressive, people-centric environment.


  • Hire, train and develop the Call Center Specialists of a team of 10+.
  • Phone screen, process flex candidates and manager appointment calendars daily for 20+ locations.
  • Process backgrounds for our flex workforce.
  • Capture valid information with reference checks.
  • Thorough documentation into our HRIS system.
  • Provide phone etiquette feedback to the Call Center Specialists.
  • Make hiring decisions for clients in a timely manner.
  • Understand recruiting and applicant flow for each location.
  • Understand priority offices which changes daily or even by the hour.
  • Field calls to assure proper communication from office to office.
  • Manage the text and voicemail platform to provide quick response rates.


  • 4-year degree or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of 4 years of customer service experience in a leading role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Detail oriented, organized, and able to work efficiently despite interruptions.
  • Strong communication skills both verbally and written.
  • Ability to multi-task and be excellent at the small details.
  • Highly dependable with a flexible schedule to work 7a-6pm as needed with an average week of 45-50 hours.
