We’re looking for a Marketing Assistant to join our internal team! Key Responsibilities:
•    Campaign Coordination and Tracking: Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to ensure the timely execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives. Maintain activity logs, monitor deadlines, and more.
•    Content Creation: Craft and edit captivating and relevant marketing content, including snippets, GIFs, social media updates, flyers, signs, and promotional materials tailored to specific platforms using Adobe products, while adhering to established branding guidelines.
•    Social Media Management: Assist in managing the company’s social media profiles, scheduling posts, and analyzing social media performance.
•    Event Coordination & Attendance: Support field teams in planning, coordinating, and marketing location-based events.
•    Job Postings: Create and manage job listings for available positions on various job boards.
•    Email Marketing: Develop and schedule email marketing campaigns, including mailing list management, content creation, and performance tracking.
•    Marketing Materials: Facilitate and oversee material orders to field locations.
•    Budget Management: Assist in managing the marketing budget, tracking expenses, and ensuring marketing activities remain within budgetary constraints.
•    Reporting: Generate regular reports on marketing performance, including key performance indicators (KPIs) and ROI analysis.
•    Special Event Promotion: Provide support in the preparation and promotion of Company events and incentives.

REQUIRED Skills & Qualifications:
•    Associate’s degree or related experience.
•    Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
•    Exceptional attention to detail and strong proofreading abilities.
•    Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
•    Physical capability to occasionally lift objects weighing up to 35 lbs.
•    Comfortable working at a desk in an office environment for extended periods, up to 8 hours per day.
•    Possession of reliable transportation, a clean driving record, and sufficient insurance coverage.
•    Professional appearance.

•    Familiarity with Adobe Premier Pro.
•    Experience with Canva.
•    Digital Photography.
•    Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator.
•    Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
•    Minimum of 1-year of hands-on experience with social media platforms, including Facebook, Snapchat, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
