Innovative Staff Solutions is seeking a Training Manager to enhance the competencies of individual employees by designing and conducting training programs that will boost employee workplace performance in alliance with company core values. They will be responsible for performing training needs assessments, designing, and delivering curriculum and learning materials and for managing all phases of training interventions.  This internal position is based at our Corporate office in Mattoon, IL and is full time.

Responsibilities:
Deliver company training programs and workshops to all internal employees
Monitor the effectiveness of training using performance results
Collect feedback on sessions from attendees to use for future improvements
Contribute to new training program design and existing program enhancements
Development and creation of training aids
Develop team building exercises
Builds annual training program and prepare teaching plans
Create PowerPoint presentations, handouts, and manuals
Acclimate new hires to the business and conduct orientation sessions
Stay abreast of the new trends and tools in employee development
Monitor new hire training for the first 90 days
Manage the LMS (Learning Management System)
Responsible for management of Training Coordinator

Requirements:
Experience with traditional and modern training methods, tools, and techniques
Sound decision making and organizational skills
Able to present and layout complex information to a variety of audiences
Proficient in MS Office and database software
Able to multi-task, detailed oriented and have a sense of urgency
Excellent communication and grammar skills
Able to conduct public speaking in front of small and large groups
Professional in appearance and attitude
Proven leader who is highly dependable
Creative thinker
