Job Details (Buyer & CSR):

  • First Shift: 8:00am – 5:00pm.
  • Monday – Friday with the possibility for overtime.
  • Earn $16.00/hour.

 

Job duties (Buyer):

  • Follow documented procedures and on-the-job training to purchase commodities and services of the highest quality and lowest possible price in correct or specified quantities.
  • Take ownership and know assigned information such as common lead times and suppliers.
  • Complete all documentation requirements to ensure accuracy and accountability as well as to protect the company from any undue monetary liabilities.
  • Monitor shipments to ensure that goods come in on time. In the event of problems, trace shipments and work with vendors to correct the issue in order to supply the products necessary to meet the needs of our customers.
  • Support the production environment with timely and accurate orders necessary for quality and on-time delivery.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

 

Job Responsibilities (CSR):

  • Perform basic clerical duties including data entry, answering phones, copying, and filing.
  • Post payments utilizing internal accounting software.
  • Ability to learn the products, accounts, orders, and delivery dates to communicate that information to necessary departments for production purposes and meet on-time delivery goals then communicate schedules to the customer for best delivery dates and expected delays.
  • Communicate with customers to take orders or cancel accounts, or to obtain details of complaints and keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.
  • Resolve customers’ service or billing questions and perform necessary follow up.
  • Track shipped orders.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

 

Job Requirements (Buyer & CSR):

  • High school diploma.
  • Proficient in general computer use and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to learn new applications quickly.
  • Must be detail-oriented and organized.
  • Must possess effective communication skills and great customer service skills.
  • Ability to work required overtime to support manufacturing needs and requests from our customers.
