We are a family owned staffing agency celebrating 26 years of serving our clients.  We are looking for an Administrative Specialist to join our Corporate team that is passionate about their job and looking for an opportunity they can grow in the Human Resources field.  The main purpose of this role is to recruit for our clerical temp to hire positions.  Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Job Duties:

  • Post available clerical opportunities on social media and internet sites
  • Phone screen candidates for available clerical job opportunities
  • Conduct zoom interviews
  • Excellent communication skills via phone, email and in person
  • Data entry documentation into our HRIS system
  • Has a sense of urgency work style and can meet deadlines
  • Someone who goes above and beyond what true customer service is
  • Building client relationships
  • Travel to meet with clients as needed

 Requirements:

  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Must excel in their communication skills
  • Professional in attitude and appearance
  • Ability to multi-task and are detail oriented
  • Thrives in a fast paced environment
  • Strong sense of customer service

  • Highly dependable
  • Ability to work 8-5 Monday through Friday plus overtime as needed
  • Valid driver’s license for traveling to meet with local clients
