Innovative Staff Solutions is offering a DIRECT-HIRE OPPORTUNITY for a CNC Machine Operator in Effingham, IL.
Position Details:
- Operate equipment safely, includes owning safety for yourself, coworkers, and the equipment
- Produce quality parts that meet customer requirements, call out when parts do not meet said specifications
- Operate CNC mills, lathes, and preform all adjacent tasks including but, not limited to: deburring, inspecting and cleaning parts, perform tool changes, etc.
- Complete all documentation accurately and on time
- Complete line specific housekeeping
- Perform other duties as required
Requirements:
- Ability to maintain a safe work environment
- Tendency to be cooperative and work well in a team environment.
- Ability to understand and follow standards and work instructions
- Ability to reason mathematically with high speed and accuracy.
- Ability to maintain steady level of production
- Ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Ability to speak and write fluent English
- Lift 50lbs comfortably and repeatedly
- HSD/ GED needed
- Experience in automotive/high volume production is preferred
- Pass a drug screen
