Position Details:

  • Handle all field sales and product sales business transactions.
  • Respond promptly to sales representatives’ requests for information.
  • Resolve problems and issues brought forth by sales representatives.
  • Anticipate the needs of sales representatives and take proactive actions.
  • Communicate effectively with all at various levels.
  • Hand off program work to appropriate support teams.
  • Perform according to performance metrics and goals.
  • Coordinate the creative artwork process and website setup process.
  • Direct sales representatives to the appropriate support groups as needed.
  • Validate manufacturing capabilities and coordinate spec process and pricing.
  • Initiate tooling requests and answer technical questions regarding products.
  • Manage employee files and schedule files.
  • Release work orders and initiate solicitation requirements on behalf of customers.
  • Oversee day-to-day activities for assigned customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Oversee any changes within a program effectively.
  • Monday-Thursday- 9-hour shifts
  • Friday- 4-hour shifts

 

Requirements:

  • Must pass a pre-employment drug screen.
  • HS degree or GED.
  • 2 years’ experience in jewelry manufacturing or customer service.
