General Duties
• Adhere to and follow operating and safety procedures.
• Proficiently practice Terminal Operations ISO Standards and Procedures.
• Competently strive to achieve Corporate Quality Management System (QMS) Quality Objectives.
• Competently strive to achieve Corporate Food Safety Management System (FSMS) Quality Objectives.
• Practice & promote #134 Personal Hygiene Policy and Procedure
• Exercise and ensure Food Grade Product Safety.
• Report administrative activities and issues to the Manager – Customer Service Team, Operations Manager, Assistant Operations Manager &/or Terminal
Manager.
• Effectively and professionally communicate and interact with customers in person or via telephone, and email,
• Effectively and professionally communicate and interact with personnel, carriers, drivers, vendors & contractors.
• Coordinate & schedule daily receiving, storing, & shipping activities with your designated customers.
• Data entry into various computer systems, both & customers SAP, of orders, Certificates of Analysis, bill of ladings, etc.
• Maintain electronic inventories of customer products
• Accurately and thoroughly prepare Bills of Lading, Certificates of Analysis, Scale Tickets, Labels, ISO forms, reports and other various documents for both nonhazardous and hazardous commodities.
• Operate the truck scales.
• Proficiently maintain ISO Quality & Food Safety Management System Standards procedures including all relative paperwork.
• Professional office demeanor with employees, customers, carriers, and others.
• Cross trained on all other CSR customer accounts.
• Filing.
• Participate in safety and operational training.
• Document and assist with customer complaints and corrective action requests
• Promote and maintain good housekeeping.
