Job Details: Customer Support Assistant:

  • $15/HR.
  • 9:00am – 5:30pm.
  • Monday-Friday.

Job Description for Customer Support Assistant:

  • Sort, scan, and save completed shipping paperwork.
  • Assist in monitoring logistics order intake log.
  • Assist with tracking shipments and provide delivery and freight cost information.
  • Prepare documents needed to process customer orders including pick tickets and labels per customer specifications.
  • Create and maintain customer files and purge regularly.
  • Assist with incoming carrier calls and carrier scheduling.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements for Customer Support Assistant:

  • High School Diploma with equivalent work experience.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and multitask.
  • Must be a good communicator.
  • Proficient keyboarding skills.
  • The physical environment requires associate to walk through a high traffic production area and warehouse to get to/from office that is located within the warehouse.
  • Frequently required to use personal protective equipment (safety shoes and safety glasses).
