Innovative Staff Solutions is hiring for a Flex position as a Customer Service Representative in Decatur, IL. The ideal candidate will be able to commit to work either 24 hours over the weekend or 40 hours Monday-Friday depending on their needs and lifestyle while providing our client with superior customer service in a warehouse environment.

Job Details: Customer Service Representative

  • Earn $19.00/hour.
  • 1st, 2nd, 3rd, shifts available (6am-2pm), (2pm-10pm), (10pm-6am) | Monday – Friday.
  • Saturday & Sunday 12-hour shifts available with option to add additional hours Mon-Fri up to 40 hours.
  • Temp to Hire after 120 days.

Job Responsibility: Customer Service Representative

  • Assisting customers and business partners over the phone and email.
  • Processing orders, receipts and inventory updates in a Warehouse Management System.
  • Handling customer complaints in a calm, professional manner.
  • Diagnose, assess and resolve problems or issues.
  • Monitoring progress of delivery routes.
  • Processing changes or cancellations to delivery orders.

Job Qualifications: Customer Service Representative

  • Previous customer service experience.
  • Must be customer service oriented.
  • Experienced with WMS and MS Office skills.
  • Excellent phone and email communication skills are essential.
  • Ability to prioritize and balance completion of tasks; be self-motivated.
  • Strong attention to detail, positive attitude, willingness and eagerness to learn new skills.
