What You’ll Do

• Operate industrial baling equipment to compact cardboard and plastic scrap while following safety and quality standards
• Remove completed bales from the baler and transport them to designated storage areas
• Load recyclable bales onto recycling trucks
• Collect and dispose of trash and scrap materials from assembly and production areas
• Sweep, mop, and sanitize restrooms, breakrooms, hallways, and common areas
• Assist with outdoor upkeep, including:
  • Sweeping walkways
  • Removing debris
  • Maintaining cleanliness around entrances and loading docks
• Follow all facility safety guidelines, PPE requirements, and equipment operation procedures
• Assist with additional cleaning or maintenance tasks as assigned
