What You’ll Do
Supervise and lead production line staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Monitor machines that fill bottles with liquid products, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
Oversee the application of lids, caps, and spray tops to bottles, verifying secure closure.
Manage packaging, stacking, and labeling of finished products according to company standards.
Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet specifications before distribution.
Troubleshoot minor machine issues and escalate maintenance needs when necessary.
Train and support team members on safety procedures, production techniques, and company policies.
Maintain production records and report daily output to management.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Pay & Shift Details
- Pay: $19.50/hour
- Shift: 1st Shift — 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
