What You’ll Do
Oversee the maintenance of all machinery and equipment within the facility.
Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules.
Troubleshoot and repair equipment to minimize downtime.
Maintain records of maintenance activities and parts inventory.
Perform welding tasks as required for equipment repair and maintenance.
Fabricate and modify parts using welding techniques.
Ensure all welding activities comply with safety standards and regulations.
Operate and maintain mill and lathe machines.
Perform precision machining tasks to create or repair components.
Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to produce accurate parts.
Conduct regular inspections of the facility to identify maintenance needs.
Perform routine building maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs and services.
Adhere to all safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
Promote a culture of safety within the maintenance team and the broader organization.
Participate in safety training and contribute to safety improvement initiatives.
Job Requirements
Proven experience in maintenance management, welding, and machining (mill and lathe).
Strong technical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and repair a variety of equipment.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical manuals.
Excellent organizational and record-keeping abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Knowledge of safety standards and regulations related to manufacturing and maintenance
