What You’ll Do

As an Order Checker, you will ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance by:

• Verifying order details, including:
  • Item numbers
  • Batch numbers
  • Lot numbers
• Inspecting products and pallets for damage or quality concerns
• Reviewing and confirming special-order instructions
• Ensuring consignee names and shipping addresses are correct
• Verifying relabeling accuracy and completeness
• Assisting with photographing and verifying inbound shipments
• Checking for proper hazard labels and ensuring DOT compliance

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous warehouse experience preferred (order checking or quality control is a plus)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Experience in fast-paced, high-volume environments
• Familiarity with industrial or manufacturing settings
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and data entry
• Comfortable using handheld scanners and devices
• Knowledge of DOT and hazardous materials labeling is a plus
