This is a temp-to-hire position with weekly pay, full benefits, and opportunities for long-term career growth in a clean, team-focused environment.
What You’ll Do
As a Packer, you’ll play an important role in ensuring products meet customer quality standards and production goals.

Safely pack plastic lids into boxes according to customer specifications

Inspect products for quality and accuracy before packing

Place completed boxes on conveyors for shipment
-
Operate safely and efficiently in a fast-paced production setting

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
What We’re Looking For
-
No high school diploma or GED required
-
Must wear steel-toe boots/shoes during shifts
-
Reliable and able to work rotating shifts
-
Own transportation required
-
Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
-
Ability to lift 25–50 lbs regularly
-
Prior factory or warehouse experience preferred
-
Forklift experience a plus
Shift Details
-
Rotating 12-hour shifts: 7:00 AM–7:00 PM or 7:00 PM–7:00 AM
-
2 days on / 2 days off / 3 days on / 2 days off / 2 days on / 3 days off

Every other weekend off!
