What You’ll Do:
- First, inspect cups before placing them into boxes (KDs) and ensure quality standards are met.
- Next, operate and maintain case erectors and auto baggers, including loading film, KDs, labels, and ink, while performing routine cleaning and adjustments.
- In addition, open and position new KDs on stands, stamp and number them accurately.
- Meanwhile, place full cases on conveyors for final inspection and notify supervisors of issues beyond your scope.
- Furthermore, segregate spoilage and recyclable items and clear jams in auto baggers and case erectors.
- Finally, maintain and clean labelers and ink printers, assist with product design changeovers, and support other Utility Packers during breaks.
What We’re Looking For:
- 1–2 years of manufacturing experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multitasking environment
- Positive team player with strong organizational skills
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- Physically able to stand/walk for up to 12 hours, lift up to 50 lbs, carry up to 30 lbs, and push up to 250 lbs
- Comfortable working in varying temperatures and humidity levels
- Eager to learn quickly and take on new responsibilities for career advancement
Pay & Shift Details
- Pay: $17.60 – $19.25 per hour
- Schedule: Full-time, in-person
