What You’ll Do
As a Production Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth operations and high-quality output. Your responsibilities will include:
- Meeting all shipping requirements in accordance with the Shipping SOP.
- Following Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) standards for shipping and inventory storage.
- Maintaining quality standards for assigned customers throughout all production stages.
- Preparing, printing, and distributing package markings for specific campaigns.
- Keeping your work area clean and organized, with accurate documentation of shipped products and remaining inventory.
- Assembling sample kits, documenting their contents, and sharing documentation with the appropriate team members.
- Operating a forklift for packaging and storage tasks, including daily inspections.
- Inspecting equipment such as the skid wrapper and strapper before use.
- Communicating professionally with all project stakeholders, from administrative staff to manufacturing teams.
- Working a consistent schedule and supporting sales reps or project managers with timely updates.
- Assisting with special duties and projects as assigned by management.
- Entering data into customer-specific portals within required timeframes.
