Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently operate heavy equipment, including Front-End Loaders, Excavators, Skid-Steers, and other machinery.
- Load and unload bulk trucks and rail cars safely.
- Haul and stockpile raw materials and finished products; level areas as directed.
- Monitor materials and products for quality and take corrective action when needed.
- Communicate with plant operators to ensure accurate and timely loading.
Requirements
- Experience operating Front-End Loader, Excavator, or Skid-Steer (Forklift experience does not qualify).
- Reliable and punctual.
- Strong knowledge of equipment operations and maintenance.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
