What You’ll Do:

• • Dispose garbage containers
  • Clean and wash breakrooms, bathrooms and office areas
  • Wash floors, windows, fixtures, 18” perimeter lines, and dust where needed
  • Operate sweeper and scrubber equipment
  • Handles all needed paperwork which includes fire extinguishers, check lists, forklift and equipment audits.
  • Removes weeds and keeps outside clean
  • Does small snow removal in walk areas and salt when needed.
  • Assists when need at other locations to prepare for audits and visitors.
  • Dusts fixtures, overhead pipes, doors, racks, and all areas as needed.
  • Keeps debris out of dock plates and dock areas.

Requirements & Skills:

• 1+ years of recent experience as a machine operator in a manufacturing facility (relevant machinery may include: filtration, extruders, drying equipment, blenders/mixers, etc.)

• Gelatin / Chemical / Food manufacturing experience a plus

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Fluent in English (Bilingual – Spanish/Portuguese a plus)

• Ability to lift 30 lbs. and stand for long periods of time
