What You’ll Do:
Appliance Testing & Diagnosis: Perform tests on appliances to determine the cause of malfunctions and issues. Utilize diagnostic tools and industry knowledge to identify the problem.

Customer Service: Interact with customers in a professional, courteous manner. Provide them with accurate estimates of repair timelines and costs.
Maintenance & Safety: Ensure that all tools, equipment, and appliances are in proper working condition. Follow all safety protocols when handling appliances and repair tools.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of repairs, diagnostics, and parts used for each job.
