Innovative Staff Solutions is hiring a Shipping Coordinator Clerk for a client in Mattoon, IL. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years previous experience in a Warehouse/Distribution Center setting.
Job Details: Shipping Coordinator Clerk
- 1st Shift | 8:30 am – 5:00 pm | Monday-Friday.
- Overtime required as needed.
- Responsible for the daily coordination of carrier check-in & pick-up to ensure correct shipments are submitted to the correct carrier.
- Accountable for the processing of all literature requests including inventory monitoring & reporting.
- Responsible for receiving finished goods from both suppliers & plant along with recommending continuous improvement & value adding ideas.
- Carrier coordination & communication.
- Order management.
- Literature fulfillment.
Job Requirements: Shipping Coordinator Clerk
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft programs.
- Able to work in a fast paced environment.
- Ability to multitask.
