Innovative Staff Solutions is hiring a Shipping Coordinator Clerk for a client in Mattoon, IL. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years previous experience in a Warehouse/Distribution Center setting.

Job Details: Shipping Coordinator Clerk

  • $16.50/hr.
  • 1st Shift | 8:30 am – 5:00 pm | Monday-Friday.
  • Overtime required as needed.
  • Responsible for the daily coordination of carrier check-in & pick-up to ensure correct shipments are submitted to the correct carrier.
  • Accountable for the processing of all literature requests including inventory monitoring & reporting.
  • Responsible for receiving finished goods from both suppliers & plant along with recommending continuous improvement & value adding ideas.
  • Carrier coordination & communication.
  • Order management.
  • Literature fulfillment.
  • Invoicing.

Job Requirements: Shipping Coordinator Clerk

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft programs.
  • Able to work in a fast paced environment.
  • Ability to multitask.
