What You’ll Do
- Operate production equipment and machinery safely and efficiently.
- Monitor production lines to ensure consistent output and quality standards.
- Perform routine quality checks and document results accurately.
- Follow safety and company procedures to maintain a secure work environment.
- Assist in packaging, assembly, or other production tasks as needed.
- Quickly adapt to new processes and cross-train on multiple machines.
What We’re Looking For
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screening.
- Additionally, comfort with working at heights is essential.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs repeatedly over a 12-hour shift.
- Furthermore, English proficiency—including reading, speaking, and comprehension—is necessary.
- Because the work involves frequent arm and shoulder movements, physical stamina is required.
- Must be able to stand on concrete floors for extended periods (up to 12 hours).
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution setting is a plus, though not mandatory.
- Basic computer skills are helpful; training will be provided if needed.
- Finally, familiarity with tools, equipment, or machinery—even at a basic level—is beneficial.
Pay & Shift Details
- Hourly Pay: $18.50-$21.00/hr
- Shifts: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts available
