Position Details:
- Perform roll changes which includes removing full rolls from production line.
- Ensure production machines have sufficient raw materials and packaging to support continuous operation.
- Performs primary process or final assembly or manufactured parts as a team member in the production.
- Operate a forklift – roll clamp, box clamp, and standard forklifts.
- Operating a sit-down forklift, loading and unloading product.
- Transfer materials in dynamics warehouse scan gun app.
- Transfer appropriately labeled raw materials back to the correct warehouse location using forklift.
- Accurately record scrap information using scrap trailer sheets.
- Monitor extrusion line and make adjustments as necessary to ensure a quality product, i.e. troubleshooting, Quality Windows, etc.
- Prepare extrusion line for order change and perform all changes and set-ups.
- Manage raw material flow via railcar, silos or boxes to supply the extrusion lines.
- First shift: 7:00am- 3:30pm
- Monday-Friday
- Overtime and weekend availability
- Paying up to $20/hr.
Requirements:
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen.
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
- High school Degree or GED Required
- Previous experience is preferred.
