Ideal Candidate

We are looking for individuals with impeccable customer service and communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for working in a progressive, people-centric environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administrative & People Support: Manage new hire and exit processes, including system access, directories, and key retrieval. Coordinate client and internal retention activities
  • Facilities & Office Management: Manage office inspection forms quarterly. Respond to field maintenance requests. Manage elevator inspections and safety audits. Maintain facility work schedule weekly. Maintain consistent communication with vendors and internal teams.
  • Financial & Utility Management: Manage utility billing and tracking spreadsheets. Monitor rental payments and lease renewals. Maintain monthly billing communications.
  • Vehicle & Account Management: Oversee company car mileage, reports, inspections, and detailing

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
  • Detail-oriented and organized.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Dependable and flexible, with the ability to work M-F, 8:00am – 5:00pm, with overtime as needed to meet deadlines.
