Innovative Staff Solutions’ traveling workforce program provides temporary staffing for companies experiencing sporadic surges in production demand, a shortage of local labor pools and as needed to support and enhance standard production. ISS reaches out to a wider talent pool, across a larger geographic range giving us access to a greater number of willing and able employees. Our Traveling Workforce program focuses on bringing skilled temporary employees together with partner companies to ensure that you have the team you need when you need them.

EMPLOYEE SOURCING

Sourcing employees through our nationwide database and related marketing efforts, allows us to reach a much broader range of employees. Based on our recruiting strategy we expand our search outside of the client’s immediate area to reach into skilled talent pools residing primarily in more heavily populated metropolitan areas.

This expansive reach provides a benefit to rural areas and other challenging markets. Applicants are vetted in a similar manner to all ISS employees.

EMPLOYEE COMPENSATION PACKAGE

Participating employees are paid a base hourly rate plus a per diem allowance for each day of work. This allowance covers food, lodging and other incidental expenses incurred.

Applicants MUST have 2 years of recent manufacturing experience to be considered for placement.
