Responsibilities

Operate plastic molding machines
Load raw materials, inserts, and components into molds; remove finished parts after cycle completion
Trim, deburr, and finish parts using hand and small power tools
Package, label, and stage completed parts according to production orders
Monitor machine performance and notify lead of any maintenance issues

Requirements

Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and quality standards
Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects
Comfortable performing repetitive tasks and standing for long periods
Reliable attendance and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Lifting up to 50 lbs.
Repetitive hand and arm movements
