John Kobylanski

In June 2023, John Kobylanski, affectionately known as Koby, joined the Innovative Staff Solutions team as the Regional Director of Operations. With an impressive career spanning decades, Koby brings a wealth of experience in customer service, leadership/management, and sales to his role.

His extensive background includes serving as a Regional Director at Highland Ventures, where he successfully oversaw 45 locations and managed a workforce of over 400 employees. More recently, Koby held the position of General Manager at Truck Centers, Inc., where he led and managed a team of 54 employees.

A distinguished alumnus of Missouri Valley College, Koby holds a degree in Business Management with a Minor in Economics. This academic foundation reflects his commitment to excellence and continuous learning.

Outside of his professional commitments, Koby finds joy in spending quality time with his family and honing his skills at the grill. Additionally, he engages in woodworking as a creative outlet. Koby resides in Mount Vernon, Illinois, with his wife, Bekki, and their son, John (JP) II.
