Key Responsibilities
- Conduct phone screenings and extend job offers to qualified applicants.
- Provide administrative and operational support to the Recruiting Center Manager.
- Assist in supervising, training, and developing Recruiting Center personnel.
- Communicate professionally with clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Facilitate the placement of qualified candidates into open positions efficiently.
- Manage appointment calendars for over 20 ISS office locations.
- Monitor and respond to recruiting needs and office staffing priorities.
- Review, log, and track incoming job applications.
- Provide phone, text, and voicemail coverage across all office locations.
- Assist with scheduling tasks and generate operational reports as needed.
Requirements
- Previous customer service experience and a genuine enjoyment of working with people.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in recruitment, call center operations, or administrative support preferred.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products, scheduling software and average typing skill of 40 WPM
- Prior experience in a leadership role with proven success preferred
- Dependable and flexible, with the ability to work M-F, 8:00am – 5:00pm, with overtime as needed to meet deadlines.
