The wet weather certainly didn’t dampen the spirits at the 2023 ISS Leadership Conference this past Friday. Managers from each of our locations gathered for a day of learning, networking, and celebrating.
Derek Meinhart, ISS President, kicked things off with a discussion on the importance of quality leadership in the company and how each individual manager is integral to the success of their team. Following were presentations and activities by our Training Team as well as updates from each of our departments focusing on a recap of 2022 goals and our targets for 2023.
Multiple awards and recognitions were given out at this conference including the presentation of our Stars Program graduates, and the announcement of four new program participants. Our two most prestigious awards were presented to Office of the Year and our WOW Employee of the Year.
The day wrapped up with teams from many of our locations joining their managers for cocktails and dinner following the conference.
