ISS Leadership Conference 2023 – Coming Soon!

Innovative Staff Solutions’ 2023 Leadership Conference kicks off in just a few short weeks. This annual event is the first in a series of three ongoing training events held each year. Managers from each location and our leadership team will gather for a day of celebration, networking and team and skill-building. One of the main attractions at this event is the presentation of the previous year’s Office of the Year and Employee of the Year Awards. These are awarded to the individual and team that stood out among all others as exemplifying ISS’s Vision, Mission & Values throughout the year.
