What You’ll Do:

• Verify order and label information accurately.
• Inspect parts visually for quality defects.
• Assemble products according to given instructions.
• Trim excess plastic from parts as needed.
• Package parts to meet customer specifications.
• Adhere to procedures for rejecting nonconforming products.
• Complete daily production activity logs.
• Maintain a consistent mold cycle.
• Keep the work area clean and organized.
• Move finished products to designated areas.

What We’re Looking For:

• Must be able to read, speak, and understand English.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
• Ability to read, interpret, and follow written work instructions.
• Ability to perform repetitive motion activities such as bending, stooping, pinching, and grasping.
• Previous factory experience is preferred, but not required.
• Must be able to perform visual inspection on products for defects.
• Must have the ability to be cross trained.
