What You’ll Do as an Assembly Operator in Owensboro Area

• Operate, monitor, and maintain production machinery
• Track hourly production output and provide detailed machine status reports
• Measure materials and parts to ensure compliance with specified tolerances
• Follow standardized work instructions and operating procedures
• Inspect equipment and perform regular Total Quality Management (TQM) checks
• Monitor product quality throughout the production process
• Identify and separate good parts from non-conforming (no-good) parts
• Use precision measuring tools, including:
  • Calipers
  • Micrometers
  • Dial indicators
  • GO / NO-GO gauges
• Interpret specifications, blueprints/prints, and job orders to complete required tasks

What We’re Looking For as an Assembly Operator in Owensboro Area

• One year of previous Light Industrial (LI) experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to:
  • Stand for 12+ hours
  • Walk for extended periods
  • Lift parts up to 50 lbs chest-high
  • Bend and perform repetitive movements
