Responsibilities

Loading and unloading materials
Staging parts for welders and machine operators
Performing basic assembly and prep work
Operating hand and power tools
Grinding and deburring metal parts
Performing quality checks

Requirements

Perform physical tasks including lifting, carrying, and moving materials throughout the production floor
Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment around welders, fabricators, and machinery
Ability to use basic hand and power tools, perform grinding and part prep
Follow written and verbal instruction
Able to lift up to 75 lbs.
Must be able to read a tape measure accurately, perform basic quality checks, and maintain a clean and organized work area.
Reliable attendance, strong work ethic, and adherence to all safety procedures and PPE requirements are essential
