Job Responsibilities
As a Production Associate, your duties will include:
- Trimming or flaming excess flash from molded parts
- Adding components per product or customer specifications
- Inspecting parts visually for defects
- Applying foam or protective devices
- Racking finished parts for the next operation
- Tagging products with proper labels
- Performing 5S audits and maintaining a clean work area
- Attending department meetings and completing documentation
- Carrying out other assigned tasks
Job Requirements
To qualify, candidates must:
- Pass a pre-employment drug screen
- Be able to lift up to 40 lbs
- Demonstrate strong teamwork and communication skills
- Meet physical demands of production
- Use PPE and follow safety protocols
- Maintain good attendance and be available for overtime
Pay & Shift Details
- $18.41-$18.91/hr.
- 2nd Shift 3:00pm-11:00pm
- 3rd Shift: 11:00pm- 7:00am
- Wage Increase after 720 hours
