What You’ll Do:

  • First, assess computing needs and system requirements by consulting with users, management, vendors, and technicians.
  • Next, stay current on technology trends and recommend improvements such as hardware and software upgrades.
  • In addition, manage backups, security, and user help systems while developing strategies for data protection and disaster recovery.
  • Then, assist the IT Manager in evaluating project feasibility and requirements.
  • Moreover, implement new systems and train employees on updated equipment, software, and processes.
  • As part of your role, install, configure, and maintain operating systems and applications.
  • Continuously, monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Additionally, manage user accounts and permissions.
  • Finally, maintain accurate system documentation and collaborate with IT professionals to resolve technical challenges.

Shift and Pay Details

  • 1st Shift: 7:00am-3:30pm
  • Full-time Role 
  • $50,000 – $60,000/ year 

What We’re Looking For:

  • First, bring strong computer knowledge with experience in Microsoft Windows and adaptability to other programs.

  • Next, demonstrate expertise in IT systems, hardware, software, backups, firewalls, switches, routers, TCP/IP, and networking.

  • Preferred: Experience with Windows 98, XP, 7, 10, and 11, plus general network operating systems.

  • Additionally, be able to work overtime when needed to support manufacturing operations.

  • Physically, lift up to 40 lbs. and work while standing or sitting for long periods.

  • Beyond that, show excellent communication and customer service skills.

  • Finally, bring proficiency in Microsoft Office—especially Word, Excel, and Access (Level II skills).
