What You’ll Do:
- Perform work assignments as directed by the Group Leader/Supervisor.
- Operate, monitor, and maintain production machinery and equipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Track hourly production results and provide detailed machine status updates.
- Measure materials and finished parts to verify compliance with designated tolerances.
- Follow standardized work instructions, procedures, and operational guidelines.
- Inspect equipment and perform regular Total Quality Maintenance (TQM) activities to ensure machine reliability.
- Conduct quality inspections of products during and after production.
- Identify and separate acceptable (good) and nonconforming (no-good) parts.
- Utilize precision measuring instruments, including calipers, micrometers, dial indicators, and go/no-go gauges.
- Read and interpret specifications, blueprints, prints, job orders, and work instructions.
- Perform assigned manufacturing and production tasks according to documented requirements.
- Adhere to all company safety policies, procedures, and employee regulations.
- Support continuous improvement efforts and maintain quality standards throughout the production process.
What We’re Looking For:
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly.
- Steel-toed shoes are required.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong work ethic and reliable transportation.
- 6 months of previous warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred but not required.
- Willingness to learn quickly and adapt to new processes.
