What You’ll Do:
- Operate machinery and production equipment
- Assemble, inspect, trim, stack, package, and move parts
- Read and follow standard work processes and safety procedures
- Stock workstations and maintain a clean, organized work area
- Complete daily production logs and meet quality standards
What We’re Looking For:
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. and stand for long periods
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to read, interpret, and follow written instructions
- Willingness to learn and be cross-trained in various tasks
- Previous factory experience preferred, but not required
