Job Summaries:
- Trims/Flames excess flash from molded parts.
- Adds additional components as required by product or customer specifications.
- Visually Inspects all parts for defects based on customer quality standards.
- Adds foam or other part protective devices per procedure.
- Places finished parts on a work in process rack to be taken to next operation.
- Tags all products using proper identification label.
- Performs 5S audits at workstation on regular basis.
- Maintains a clean and safe work area, performs safety audits.
- Participates in department meetings.
- Completes documentation of activities as required.
- Performs other tasks as assigned.
- 2nd and 3rd Shift available.
Requirements for:
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen.
- Ability to lift up to 40lbs.
- Must possess good teamwork and communication skills.
- Must be able to at least meet the physical demands as defined by the current production requirements and the job function evaluation.
- Must be able to work in a manufacturing environment using personal protective equipment and safety precautions.
- Must maintain an acceptable attendance record and works overtime as required.
