Position Overview
As a Production Assembler / Machine Operator, you’ll play a key role in the manufacturing process by assembling quality components and ensuring top performance standards. You’ll work in a collaborative, team-based environment where safety and precision come first.
Your responsibilities will include:

Performing assembly or machine operation tasks to build quality products

Loading and unloading parts or materials from production machinery
-
Inspecting finished parts for accuracy and quality
-
Maintaining a clean and organized work area

Supporting machine changeovers and clean-up operations as needed
-
Following all safety procedures and company standards
Shift & Pay Details
-
1st Shift: 7:00am – 3:30pm
-
2nd Shift: 4:00pm – 12:30am
-
3rd Shift: 11:00pm – 7:30am
-
Monday – Friday with optional Saturday overtime
What We’re Looking For
-
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
-
High School Diploma or GED required
-
Strong attention to detail and ability to see fine details/colors
-
Reliable and motivated with good teamwork skills
-
2 years of manufacturing experience preferred but not required
