Job Responsibilities
- Follow operator instructions to assemble parts and produce quality components
- Inspect parts visually for defects and accuracy
- Install lights, harnesses, and other components to molded or painted parts as required
- Pack finished products into racks, boxes, or totes according to guidelines
- Label all parts properly using the plant-wide color-coding system
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Replenish parts and materials as needed
- Perform additional assigned tasks to support production goals
Requirements
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand or bend for long periods
- Comfortable working in an active manufacturing environment with some noise or dust
- Open to working overtime as needed
- Strong attention to detail for visual inspections
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Able to follow written and verbal instructions
- Previous manufacturing experience is a plus
