What You’ll Do

As a Production Operators in Portage, IN, you will:

• Set up and operate production machinery.
• Coordinate production runs with packaging and ingredient teams.
• Perform routine quality and system checks to ensure products meet specifications.
• Hand-pack, build, and stack finished goods.
• Follow all Food Safety, GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), and Health & Safety standards.

Requirements & Skills

We’re looking for candidates with:

• 1+ years of recent machine operator experience in a manufacturing environment
  (such as filtration systems, extruders, drying equipment, mixers/blenders, etc.)
• Background in gelatin, chemical, or food manufacturing (a plus—not required)
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to speak English (bilingual Spanish/Portuguese a plus)
• Ability to lift 30 lbs. and stand for extended periods
