What You’ll Do
As a Production Associate, your responsibilities will include:
- Perform all duties in compliance with safety policies, OSHA regulations, GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), and SOP (Standard Operating Procedures).
- Ensure food product quality and safety at all times.
- Make up boxes and add them to the line or pallet (multiple at once if needed).
- Rotate positions periodically for ergonomic purposes and to reduce repetition.
- Grab incoming 3-packs from the line and place them into cases until four packs fill each case.
- Inspect cases visually to confirm proper orientation and shrink wrap condition.
- Operate the palletizer to build layers in the correct pattern, rotating layers as required.
- Stand at the palletizer infeed and manually orient cases based on machine indicators.
Shift and Pay Details
- 2nd or 3rd Shift
- $15/hr.
- Three 8-hour shifts available
What We’re Looking For
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Steel-toe shoes required
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent work ethic and reliable transportation
- 6 months of warehouse/manufacturing experience preferred (not required)
