INSTRUCTIONS:  Please read this document in full, and program 217-235-2315 into your phone for quick reference. 

PER DIEM PROCEDURES

Daily Per Diem Schedule (Rapid! PayCard):

Once Innovative Staff Solutions has received and verified attendance with client locations, per diem will be paid per the following schedule: 

  • 1st Shift – Per diem will be paid the same day Monday – Friday.  Saturday and Sunday per diem will be paid on Monday. 
  • 2nd Shift – Per diem will be paid the day after scheduled shifts.  Saturday and Sunday per diem will be paid on Monday. 
  • 3rd Shift – Per diem will be paid the day after scheduled shifts.  Saturday and Sunday per diem will be paid on Monday. 

NOTE:  Aisin employees will be paid per diem the day after scheduled shifts.  Friday, Saturday, and Sunday per diems are paid on Monday. 

NOTE:  There will be a in per diem payment if you are not on client reports due to missed punch, not utilizing your badge, or not being scheduled to work. 

NOTE:  If you are not reporting to work at your assigned location due to any reason, per diem will not be paid. 

CALL IN PROCEDURES/ABSENCES

Excellent attendance is imperative.  However, if you are unable to report to work, it is your responsibility to call Innovative Staff Solutions @ 217-235-2315 AND your assigned worksite at least one hour before your scheduled shift, and you must call every day you are absent.  Call-ins received less than one hour before your scheduled shift are considered a No Call/No Show.  Exceptions will not be made and can lead to immediate termination of your employment. 

If there is no answer, leave a message including your name, the location where you work, the specific reason you are absent, and a call back number.  If you fail to leave the required information, your absence will be considered a No Call/No Show. 

ACCIDENT/INJURY REPORTING PROCEDURES

CALL IMMEDIATELY REGARDING AN INJURY!

Report all work-related injuries IMMEDIATELY by calling 217-235-2315 AND your supervisor at your assigned work location.  Do not wait to call during business hours.   

 You are required to call immediately if you are injured on the job, or if medical treatment is needed for a previously reported injury.  If there is no answer, please listen carefully and following the prompts so an ISS representative can assist you. Innovative Staff Solutions will coordinate necessary medical treatment. 

 If you do not require medical treatment, you are still required to immediately report your injury.
